Jacob has been feeling sick since we got to Boise. Fever, headache, and vomiting. I brought him in to the Primary Care clinic for a strep test. It was negative. They are now doing a blood test, checking his blood oxygen level, and taking a chest x-ray. Getting a little scary. Now I just got a low battery warning so I'm done.

Yuck, that doesn't sound good at all! I hope he feels better very soon!
ReplyDeleteHe's doing okay now. The strep test was negative as were a couple of other tests they ran. Conclusion, "some virus." His temp was above 102 degrees when I took him in. Kept him on ibuprofen the rest of the weekend. Yesterday he was feeling slightly better. Today he was doing well enough to play in a baseball game. I think he'll be close to 100% tomorrow.
