I don't agree with everything they have to say but I do agree that it is a worthwhile project. The presentation runs over half an hour but it is pretty interesting stuff. The title of this post is also a link to the web site. Take a look at it. I am a big fan of Larry Lessig's Creative Commons licensing and I think he is really on to a good idea with this Change Congress movement.
**Update: At the time I posted this I had not finished watching the entire presentation. Now that I have finished it, and seen how Lessig wrapped it up by comparing the fundamental problem of congress to that of an alcoholic or addict, I am even more sold on the project.**
