I don't know how clear it is in this picture but the white glob in the center of this shot is a formation of ice Crystals. They grew at the site of a slow gas leak on a 1930's era International super-C tractor. I would have tried for a beter shot but I had already started the tractor and the crystals were falling off faster than I could take pictures.

  1. Isnt it more trouble than its worth by now to keep an 80 year old tractor going?

  2. Not at all. We have very little trouble with it. We use this tractor daily for feeding cows and it always starts easily, even in the coldest weather. The Super-C is a very popular collector's tractor so parts are easy to come buy and, because of when it was built, it is very easy to work on. Plus it is kind of fun to drive. ;)
